We offer the energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence analyzer 'JSX-1000S', which enables high-sensitivity analysis through our newly developed in-house SDD (Silicon Drift Detector) and newly designed optical system, along with filters that cover the entire energy range. It allows for high-precision qualitative and quantitative analysis without the use of standard samples.
